Inez is a Registered Nurse who has been a WaterART International certified instructor and personal trainer
for 5 years. Inez is a Master Trainer for WaterART International.
Through the Canadian Red Cross, Inez has received multiple certifications as a Canadian Red Cross First Aid Instructor
and Authorized Provider. Red Cross Certifications include, C.P.R., Emergency First Aid, Standard First Aid, Automated
External Defibrillation, Babysitting, ChildSafe, PeopleSavers, and Yes You Can Prevent Disease Transmission.
Thirty years of critical care nursing experience, combined with the knowledge gained from the fitness industry, has
given Inez a desire to educate others in preventing disease and encouraging them to live a healthy, safe and active life.
